A good first step if you are worried about your memory. A specialist reviews a short questionnaire and a memory and thinking test, then writes you a clear letter.

We talk it through on a short call first, at no cost, to make sure this test is right for you.

Each service ends with a diagnosis and a care plan. Where it helps, that plan can point you towards treatment options and wider support, but the services themselves do not include providing or delivering any treatment.

HOW IT WORKS (service journeys)

Time with our dementia coordinator team is included as standard with every Diagnostic Assessment and Alzheimer's test, and is offered with Memory Screening if results show anything to look at more closely. Phone or video, around your availability.
